We get it – holidays are busy. While it might seem easier to forego coaching temporarily and “get back on the bandwagon” with everyone else on Jan. 1st, remember your goals and continue to schedule appointments.

Be a Healthy Host

Hosting a celebration poses unique challenges. Grazing and snacking calories add up quickly and often go unnoticed. Establish a mindful strategy to prevent losing control.

Traveling

Despite the fact that traveling puts you out of your normal routine, you are capable of staying on plan. Pack enough Profile product and snacks. Get a breath of fresh air and go on a 10 minute walk at a rest stop or through the airport.

Stress Management

Holidays are accompanied by a number of stressors. Get enlightened this holiday season with mindful meditation. Progressive muscle relaxation, guided imagery and yoga are great options to refocus mind and body.

Beat the Cold Weather Blues

Don’t let cold weather kill your fitness and activity vibes. Be prepared and start scoping out local gyms and fitness studios or find an at-home routine that will accommodate outdoor conditions.

Small Things Add Up
